department includes: City Clerk’s Office - Maintains the official records of the City Council and the Salinas Redevelopment Agency, conducts elections and provides general information. Human
Resources / Risk Management - Provides centralized personnel
administration, employee relations services. Benefits are administered
citywide that include health, workers' compensation and property
and liability. Neighborhood Services -Supports neighborhood and community organizing activities. Recreation-Parks - Operates a full range of recreation programs and services for a diverse population. Volunteer Services - Focuses on linking meaningful volunteer opportunities for Salinas' residents within City departments.
