A
Vision Plan For
Carr Lake Regional Park
This
study provides the City of Salinas a vision for Carr Lake Regional
Park. This site is located in the heart of the City and today is
a flood control basin planted in agriculture and under private ownership.
This project intends to bring awareness to the City and its residents
of the vital role Carr Lake plays in connecting regional landscapes
to meet the needs of human inhabitants and natural resources.
