Parks and Grounds Maintenance

It is the mission of the Parks and Grounds Division to provide quality maintenance service to Salinas’ inventory of parks, green belts, open spaces, medians, planters, facility landscapes, and landscape maintenance districts, by utilizing in-house staff, contract services, inmate crews, and the efforts of local volunteers.
