LIBRARY

The Salinas Public Library serves residents of the City and surrounding areas with three facilities. These facilities operate as "one library with three doors" with a Tuesday through Saturday schedule. Each library provides special programs for children and computer access for all. Library materials are delivered daily among the three libraries. Administration, acquisitions and technical processing are centralized.

Online Catalog Now Available

The Salinas Public Library’s Online Public Access Catalog is available. Its Horizon Information Portal (HIP) gives anyone with Internet access the ability to search the library’s catalog.
