Permit
and Inspection Services administers the City's code enforcement
program for substandard housing, zoning code violations, and
dangerous building complaints. Inspection services are provided
for new subdivisions and public improvements on private property.
The
division issues building records reports for the sale of residential
property and permits for street vendors, banners and encroachment
into the public right-of-way.
Informational
bulletins and Code interpretations designed to assist the
public in understanding City and Code requirements are provided
for various projects.
Permits and inspection services may be requested by fax.
