Procedures
for Faxed Permit Applications
Describes procedures for enabling contractors to use faxed permit
applications instead of having to mail or hand-carry them to the
Permit Center.

from a contractor.

Residential
Building Records Application
A report of Residential Building Records is required by City ordinance
to be delivered to the buyer prior to entering into an agreement
of sale or exchange of any residential building in the City of Salinas.
Residential
Building Records - Fax Application
A version of the application which may be faxed to the Development
and Permits Department. Credit card required. A Fax
Authorization must be on file in the Permit Center.
Sprinkler
Permit Application
The purpose of this permit is for the Fire Department, the Contractor,
and the Home/Business owner, and Central Fire Sprinkler Corporation
to have a signed copy of the work that was done.
