The City Council convened in the Salinas Community Center Gabilan Rooms at 8:45 a.m.

PUBLIC COMMENTS

There were no public comments.

 

The City Council recessed to closed session at 9 a.m. pursuant to:

a.  Government Code Section 54957, public employment (City Manager position).
