The City Council convened in closed session
at 3:20 p.m. pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(b), conference with
legal counsel regarding potential litigation (one case).
PUBLIC DISCLOSURE ON ITEMS DECIDED IN CLOSED SESSION
On March 27, 2008, the City Council voted 4-1 to authorize
the Mayor to sign the “Agreement regarding supplement to the Final Program
Environmental Impact Report for the Salinas Future Growth Area between the City
of Salinas and the County of Monterey and the Monterey County Water Resources
Agency,” a copy of which is on file in the City Clerk’s Office.
