MARCH 27, 2008

 

The City Council convened the special meeting at 3:15 p.m. in the City Manager’s Conference Room.

 

Present:

Mayor Dennis Donohue

Councilmember Janet Barnes

Councilmember Tony Barrera

Councilmember Jyl Lutes

Councilmember Sergio Sanchez

 

Absent:

Councilmember Gloria De La Rosa

Councilmember Steve Villegas

There were no public comments.

 

The City Council convened in closed session at 3:20 p.m. pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(b), conference with legal counsel regarding potential litigation (one case). 

PUBLIC DISCLOSURE ON ITEMS DECIDED IN CLOSED SESSION

On March 27, 2008, the City Council voted 4-1 to authorize the Mayor to sign the “Agreement regarding supplement to the Final Program Environmental Impact Report for the Salinas Future Growth Area between the City of Salinas and the County of Monterey and the Monterey County Water Resources Agency,” a copy of which is on file in the City Clerk’s Office.

 

The meeting adjourned at 4 p.m.
