JULY 17, 2007 MEETING MINUTES
Mayor Donohue convened the joint City Council and
Redevelopment Agency meeting at 4 p.m.

PUBLIC HEARING
1. Levying
Annual Maintenance Assessments for the Airport Business Center Landscape
Maintenance District, North/East Area (Landscape & Lighting District No.
1), Harden Ranch (Landscape & Lighting District No. 2), Vista Nueva, Mira Monte, and Monte Bella Maintenance Districts
for 2007-08.
Robert
Russell, City Engineer, stated that the hearing held on July 10th
was rescheduled for today because the published notice reflected today’s date
for the public hearing.
Tom Kever,
Finance Director, announced that the Monte Bella Maintenance District
Engineer’s Report is amended to include Phases 3 and 4. An amended Engineer’s Report will be filed
with the City Clerk and Monterey County Auditor.
Mayor Donohue
opened and closed the public hearing as no one requested to speak on this item.
COUNCIL
ACTION
Upon
motion by Councilmember Barnes and second by Councilmember Barrera, Council
voted unanimously to rescind RESOLUTIONS 19260 through19271 approved on July
10, 2007 and adopted RESOLUTIONS 19273 through 19284 amending and/or approving
the Engineer’s Annual Levy Report and ordering the levy and collection of
assessments within the Airport Business Center Landscape Maintenance District,
North/East Area (Landscape & Lighting District No. 1), Harden Ranch
(Landscape & Lighting District No.
2), Vista Nueva, Mira Monte, and Monte Bella Maintenance Districts for 2007-08.
