SALINAS REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY

MINUTES OF MEETING

SEPTEMBER 20, 2005

 

The Agency convened in regular session at 5:10 p.m. in the Rotunda.

 

Present:

Chairperson Anna Caballero

Agency member Janet Barnes

Agency member Gloria De La Rosa

Councilmember Maria Giuriato

Agency member Jyl Lutes

Agency member Roberto Ocampo

Agency member Sergio Sanchez

CONSENT RESOLUTION

Upon motion by Agency member De La Rosa and second by Agency member Barnes, the Agency voted unanimously to adopt the Consent Resolution. 

 

1.      Approved minutes of September 13, 2005.

2.      Approved Financial Claim Report. 

 

The Redevelopment Agency convened in closed session pursuant to:

a.   Government Code Section 54956.9(a), pending litigation, Brian Baughn v. City of Salinas, Superior Court, Case No. M74502

b.      Government Code Section 54956.9(b), conference with legal counsel, significant exposure to litigation (one potential case).

 

The meeting adjourned at 5:15 p.m.
