MINUTES OF MEETING

NOVEMBER 7, 2006

 

The Agency convened at 4:15 p.m.

 

Present:

Chairperson Anna Caballero

Agency member Janet Barnes

Agency member Roberto Ocampo

Agency member Sergio Sanchez

CONSENT RESOLUTION

Upon motion by Agency member Barnes and second by Agency member Giuriato, the Agency voted unanimously to approve the Consent Resolution.

 

Agency member Sanchez announced that he would abstain from Consent Item No. 3 due to a potential conflict-of-interest.

1.      Approved minutes of October 17, 2006 meeting.

2.      Approved Financial Claim Report. 

3.      Adopted RESOLUTION 843 authorizing the Agency Chairperson to execute the Amended and Restated License Agreement with Oldtown Salinas Association for use of Agency Property at 132-156 Main Street (City Parking Lot 13T) and at 111 Salinas Street for the Oldtown Salinas Marketplace.  COUNCILMEMBER SANCHEZ ABSTAINED FROM THIS ITEM.

4.      Appointed David Brown as one of the two business representatives on the Design Review Board. 

5.      Adopt RESOLUTION 844 authorizing the Executive Director to execute purchase agreements for 21 Soledad Street, 15 and 13½ Soledad Street, and 13 Soledad Street.
