The Agency convened at 6:30 p.m.

CONSENT RESOLUTION

Upon motion by Agency member Giuriato and second by Agency member De La Rosa, the Agency voted unanimously to adopt the Consent Resolution. 

 

1.         Approved minutes of March 21, 2006.

2.         Approved Financial Claim Report.
