MINUTES OF MEETING

JANUARY 16, 2007

 

The Agency convened in the Rotunda at 5:50 p.m.

 

Present:

Chairperson Dennis Donohue

Agency member Janet Barnes

Agency member Tony Barrera

Agency member Gloria De La Rosa

Agency Member Jyl Lutes

Agency member Sergio Sanchez

Agency Member Steven Villegas

Executive Director Dave Mora

Agency Counsel Vanessa Vallarta

Secretary Clerk Ann Camel

 

CONSENT RESOLUTION

Upon motion by Agency member De La Rosa and second by Agency member Barnes, the Agency voted  to adopt the Consent Resolution.  Ayes:  Agency member Barnes, Barrera, De La Rosa, Lutes, Sanchez, Villegas, and Chairperson Donohue.

 

The Consent Resolution contained the following items:

1.         Approved minutes of January 9, 2006 meeting. 

2.         Approved Financial Claim Report. 

3.         Endorse the Salinas United Business Association’s Vision 2017, the New Alisal.

The Agency adjourned at 5:55 p.m..
