SALINAS REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY

MINUTES OF MEETING OF JANUARY 6, 2004

 

The Agency convened in regular session at 6:25 p.m.

 

Present:

Chairperson Anna Caballero

Agency member Janet Barnes

Agency member Gloria De La Rosa

Agency member Maria Giuriato

Agency member Jyl Lutes

Agency member Sergio Sanchez

 

Absent:

Agency member Roberto Ocampo

 

Also Present:

Executive Director Dave Mora

Agency Counsel Richard E. Nosky

Secretary Ann Camel

 

AGENCY ACTION

Upon motion by Agency member Sanchez and second by Agency member Barnes, the Agency voted unanimously to adopt the Consent Resolution.  Absent:  Councilmember Ocampo.

 

1.          Approved Financial Claim Report.

2.          Approved December 10^th and 16^th, 2003 minutes.
