SALINAS REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY

MINUTES OF MEETING

FEBRUARY 20, 2007

 

The Agency convened in the Rotunda at 6:40 p.m.

 

Present:

Chairperson Dennis Donohue

Agency Member Janet Barnes

Agency Member Tony Barrera

Agency Member Jyl Lutes

Agency Member Sergio Sanchez

Agency Member Steven Villegas

 

Absent:

Agency Member Gloria De La Rosa

 

Also present:

Executive Director Dave Mora

Agency Counsel Vanessa Vallarta

Secretary Clerk Ann Camel

 

Upon motion by Agency member Lutes and second by Agency member Barnes, the Agency voted  to adopt the Consent Resolution.  Ayes:  Agency members Barnes, Barrera, Lutes, Sanchez, and Villegas.  Noes:  Chairperson Donohue.  Absent:  Agency member De La Rosa.

 

The Consent Resolution contained the following items.

 

1.      Approved minutes of February 13, 2007 meeting.  Agency member Sanchez abstained as he was absent from the February 13, 2007 meeting.

2.      Approved Financial Claim Report. 

 

ADJOURNMENT

The meeting adjourned at 6:45 p.m..
