AGENCY ACTION

Upon motion by Agency member Sanchez and second by Agency member De La Rosa, the Agency voted unanimously to adopt the Consent Resolution.

1. Approved July 20, 2004 minutes.

2. Approved Financial Claim Report.

The Agency adjourned at 4:45 p.m.
