MINUTES OF MEETING

APRIL 13, 2004

 

The Agency convened in regular session at 5:05 p.m. in the Rotunda.

 

Present:

Chairperson Anna Caballero

Agency member Janet Barnes

Agency member Gloria De La Rosa

Agency member Maria Giuriato

Agency member Jyl Lutes

Agency member Sergio Sanchez

 

Absent:

Agency member Roberto Ocampo

 

Also Present:

Deputy City Manager Jorge Rifa

Agency Counsel Richard E. Nosky

Secretary Ann Camel

 

AGENCY ACTION

Upon motion by Agency member Sanchez and second by Agency member De La Rosa, the Agency voted unanimously to adopt the Consent Resolution.   Absent:  Councilmember Ocampo.

 

1.          Approved March 16, 2004 minutes.

2.          Approved Financial Claim Report.

 

The Agency adjourned at 5:05 p.m.
